Yes. Each unit ships fully assembled. Once it arrives, remove the packaging, follow the included set up instructions, and it is ready to use. This process usually takes less than fifteen minutes.
Most sinks ship within a few business days. Transit time varies by location, but freight deliveries usually arrive within four to seven business days after shipping. You will receive tracking details and instructions for receiving freight shipments. Delivery includes tailgate service unless a liftgate or dock is available.
Because our sinks ship freight, it is important to inspect the box before signing the delivery paperwork. If there is visible damage (dented box, large holes), we prefer you refuse the delivery and return the product for replacement due to damage. DO NOT SIGN the delivery slip or accept package. Due to the size and nature of portable sinks, all sales are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges. If a part needs replacement or you experience any issues with setup, our support team will help troubleshoot and provide new parts or warranty service if applicable.
