Is the water pressure strong enough for real shampoo services?

Yes. The Luxe Lather uses a 3.5 GPM electric pump to provide consistent water flow for shampooing, rinsing, color services, conditioning, and treatments.

It’s designed for professional salon use, not just an occasional light rinse.

How much water does it hold?

The Luxe Lather uses two separate 6-gallon containers, one for fresh water and one for wastewater.

How many shampoos you can perform before refilling will vary. Hair length and thickness, the type of service, and how much water you use while shampooing and rinsing all make a difference.

Will I have hot water?

Yes. The Luxe Lather has a built-in water heater, so you can provide warm-water shampoo and treatment services without running a hot-water line to your space.

Will it work with my salon chair?

The Luxe Lather measures approximately 35" H × 20" D × 30" W. The rolling cart adds approximately 2" of height.

The bowl itself does not raise or lower, but it includes a built-in neck rest. Many customers pair it with an adjustable-height salon chair to position their client comfortably.

Because the Luxe Lather isn't permanently installed, you can also bring the sink to your client. Roll it up to their salon chair when it’s time to shampoo or rinse a treatment, then move it back when you’re finished.

Do I need plumbing or professional installation?

No. The Luxe Lather is fully self-contained and typically takes about 15 minutes to set up.

No cutting into walls. No water lines. No drains. No permanent construction.

That makes it especially useful for salon suites, home salons, private studios, leased spaces, and anywhere permanent plumbing isn't practical.
