I constructed an outdoor kitchen that morphed into something bigger than I originally planned....that's what happens when you have no blueprint:) Wasn't planning on having a water source, until I called Pratt's Direct and got Rick on the line, WOW! He made it sound like "no problem" and after he set me up with all the fittings, heater, pump, lines and had everything marked, it was "NP". He had hand written on tape the IN/Out lines and connectors. When I opened the shipping box I could not believe the effort Rick put into making this "new" plumbing DIY project simple Simon:) My guests can't even believe that the heater Rick set me up with instantly heats the water and the pump allows the water to flow like it is tapped into the house's water source. THANK YOU Rick!!

Rick worked really hard to get this shipped to us in Canada. The packaging and product is high quality. As a shampoo sink, the hot water does run out fairly quickly but you can get one shampoo done in that time. For color service, you will need at least one extra jug of water to complete it. On wheels, the unit is quite high but the wheels make it very easy to move around. A hydraulic shampoo chair raises the client up to the right height. Overall, we are very pleased with our purchase and the support we received from Pratts Direct. The first pic is of it stored while cutting. Then the other two with it rolled into place with my chair raised and angled. I think this will help stylists envision the height of the sink on wheels.

Last week I called Rick to tell him my motor was out on my 4 compartment sink and my faucet from Pratts was also leaking. He told me to come in next week to get it fixed. I arrived today and Rick said the motor was out, he replaced the motor and replaced the faucet within a 1/2 hour. I really appreciate your work Rick, and keep continuing to do great work Thank you

I recently purchased the portable shampoo bowl and let me tell you this machine is brilliant! Easy set-up, i had a couple questions to make sure everything i was doing was correct and Rick got back to me quickly and was able to walk me through everything. Today it’s not just about buying a good product, it’s about the support you get after you buy the product that matters. We had an issue with our water pump in our 4 compartment sink. My wife and I recently ordered the new portable salon hair sink unit because of having to leave her salon because of the virus. All I can say is …"Wow"! Awesome Shampoo Bowl – No-Fuss and Totally Worth It!
Shoutout to the amazing crew at this company – real good people who know how to do customer service right. So, I snagged this portable shampoo bowl in the summer, and man, I wish I'd known about it sooner!
Here's the deal: no plumbing nightmares. Just plug it in, fill the jug, and boom – you're set. Comes with a water heater, but warm water in the jug does the job, so you've got choices, my friend!
I'm not a daily user, so one jug for clean water and another for the dirty stuff does it for me. Managed two shampoos and a conditioner – that's my magic combo with one jug. If you're going full salon mode, grab a couple more jugs for back-to-back sessions.
The thing's made of tough plastic, not wood. Did some digging, and wooden ones from other brands? Soggy wood nightmares. No thanks. This plastic gem is a breeze to wipe down when things get messy.
